I Never Thought I'd Live To Be A Hundred Lyrics
I never thought I'd live to be a hundred,
I never thought I'd get to do the things
That all those other sons do, and they do.
I never thought I'd ever have my freedom,
An age ago my maker was refusing me
The pleasure of the view.
I never thought I'd get to do the things
That all those other sons do, and they do.
I never thought I'd ever have my freedom,
An age ago my maker was refusing me
The pleasure of the view.

Space travel and aging. Einstein had a theory about it. I don't remember exactly, but if your travelling the speed of light the aging process slows down (something to that effect). The album this is from (To Our Childrens...) is about space travel and being in space a loooong time. Also see "I'd Never Thought I'd Love to Be a Million".
