Same Drug

I met Scooter awhile back and asked him about this song, and its simply a song about one of his best (girl)friends who lived in Florida who had a major drug addiction. She wouldnt get the help she needed.

I think its about the same essence of love and work. He leaves the impression that he did all he could to get on stage "sent screams to the sky" prayed for so long, in vain sometimes it seems. But the love part, "she did it all the way, now shes gone today" he could have worked so hard to establish a relationship and now she's gone...

This girl seems too "good" for him, shes not like him, she had an easier time to get where they are, while he had to work and to fight for anything, but in the end he get his heart ripped out because they are two different people

all i have to say is this guy is genius

i freakin love cold!!! i think this song saying that this girl just uses him, and think's she's so much better than him, and on the other hand - in the song, he's saying that even though she think's that, he still loves her.

this song seems to me that it's about a guy that was in love with a girl but she didnt feel the same way about himand hes saying stuff like I bet you'd never come down From your tower for me and rite there he saying it like he knows she wont nad he said i never would of loved u but everything got turned around so that means something happend and then he fell in love but it seems like he doesnt want to love her because he knows that she doesnt feel the same way about him.

someone is inlove with another who thinks/feels/acts like they're too good for them, thus not returning their feelings. i think it might be a breakup, bc scooter says he can't sleep wihout her, like he used to have her.

i think this song is about a man (maybe scooter) and his local drug dealer talking to each other. this girl that he must of really loved just hurt him some way so he is going to get his fix of "the same drug"

I think this song is about scooter...and how this girl thiks she's sooo much better... she leads him on telling him that she might like him or w/e....this gets his hopes up... and every day "the same drug" is the same shit she keeps telling him, to keep leading him on... and then at the end she thinks he's nothing cause he's just a singer for some band and that he didn't need to work hard for what he has... but he responds saying "he bled on stages, sent screams to the sky" FINALLY.....she just says w/e...bye!!! and well he still wants her or w/e....and she's gone.... but WHY!?! this happend to me too....i'm a lead singer in a band... and well this girl i like dissed our band and shit...and i STILL LIKE HER!!! but WHY!?!?! scooter put into words how i feel but i wish he would explain why this happens to us!?!?!
