At a recent show, Scooter told the crowd what this song is about. Basically, he had a friend who was a beautiful person but he had a mother who tore him down constantly. No matter how many people loved him and told him how amazing he was, his mother destroyed his self worth. He committed suicide. This song was as if that mother confessed. (Of course he worded this way better than me.)

To me, this song talks about someone who you love who turns their back on you for other things, then when they realize their mistake it is too late.
This is the official meaning:

It's about giving everything to somebody, and just have them not appreciate it. But everything you do to people, it comes back to you in the end."
This song is pretty easy to interpret. The beginning, everything is peachy for this girl, then in the end it turns all on her ("Now she's old...").

I think it's about a girl that he really loved (coz it was his "angel"), but she left him and he wanted his friends to help him, but "no one came no one cared" and now he must write this song and sing it to free himself of the bad feelings he has inside him: "it's just the way for me to bleed". It's simply one of my favorite song of cold with bleed and sick of a man. It's beautifull and we can fell all the emotions threw this song. i love it!

This is the song i was listining to when my friend died.. This song means so much to me. Everytime i hear it i think of her.. GOD WHY HER... My angel died that day so i threw it all away.
i think it's about how he was emotionally neglected and how nobody cared about him when the love of his life died...
By far, my fav song on "13 ways..." the 1st time I heard this song, I had to replay it cuz it was so awesome :-)
