Well I can't ever really believe
No one was sent to get me
And I feel like I'm being erased
No one got left here,
I'm all alone,
No one was sent to get me
I'm on the floor, no one got left here
But I'm fine,
No one got left here,
Well I'm fine,
No one got left here,
I can't even breathe when I see,
The pictures sent without you,
And I feel like I'm being erased,
No one got left here
I'm on the floor, no one was sent to get me,
I'm on the floor, no one got left here,
I'm so sick of this terrible instinct
It's so hard now just to find you
I'm so sick of the terrible instinct,
I can only find you
I'm so sick of this terrible instinct,
It's so hard just to find you
I'm so sick of this terrible instinct
I can only find you
No one was sent to get me
And I feel like I'm being erased
No one got left here,
I'm all alone,
No one was sent to get me
I'm on the floor, no one got left here
No one got left here,
Well I'm fine,
No one got left here,
The pictures sent without you,
And I feel like I'm being erased,
No one got left here
I'm on the floor, no one was sent to get me,
I'm on the floor, no one got left here,
It's so hard now just to find you
I'm so sick of the terrible instinct,
I can only find you
I'm so sick of this terrible instinct,
It's so hard just to find you
I'm so sick of this terrible instinct
I can only find you

someone in a relationship, comming to grips with the fact they have to move on with their life, and a part of them has gone in the sense that whenever the person looks, they face emptiness and sorrow.
I know exactly how that feels...
Actually he stated on HBO's Reverb, "I wrote this song about my momma, you'll understand that when you hear the lyrics."
zeroh, now that you say that, it makes since... maybe his mom left him with someone, or at an orphanage. I do know that Fred Durst (director of the video) said some interesting things... read: http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1441864/20010320/story.jhtml
Ohhhh, there it is. Scooter talks about it at the bottom of the article.
blink 182 sucks
are these the right lyrics? on a different website i got "but i'm fine, no one got left here. And i'm fine, no one got left here." but here it says "but i'm fine, no one got left here. Well im fine, if it's fine then stay." which is right? it sounds like the first os right to me.
"That song is about my mom. I wrote it about her because when she was young she had some big things happen to her. Throughout her life it seems like all her friends had either died or had to leave her. It's just personal and about her. It's cool it came out like that because she knows the song's about her. With the new single coming out, she's pretty happy about it. It's cool" ~Scooter Ward
