The song as a whole perfectly represents dawn. It starts out sort of quiet and subtle, but then becomes loud, huge and glorious.
When I hear this song I think of it being 4am in a train station in chicago then as it goes on the sun is rising over the buildings
Also one of my favourites. I simply think its about insomnia, and the fact you get to see the dawn instead of a nights sleep.
