Don't Let Go Lyrics
Ooo oh oh
Ooo oh oh
Any time that you want
I'll be here in your arms
Slently holding on To the girl with he charms
But if there comes a day
You should turn your heart away
I'll be down on my knees
Beggin' for that girl to stay
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
Anything you desire
I will set at your feet
With a kiss in the air
For the gods to recieve
But if there comes a day
You should turn your heart away
I'll be down on my knees
Beggin' for that girl to stay
Confrontations in my mind
Got me running out of time
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
But if there comes a day You should turn your heart away
I'll be down on my knees eggin' for that girl to stay
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
Ooo oh oh
I'll be here in your arms
Slently holding on To the girl with he charms
But if there comes a day
You should turn your heart away
I'll be down on my knees
Beggin' for that girl to stay
Ooo oh oh
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
I will set at your feet
With a kiss in the air
For the gods to recieve
But if there comes a day
You should turn your heart away
I'll be down on my knees
Beggin' for that girl to stay
Got me running out of time
Ooo oh oh
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh
I'll be down on my knees eggin' for that girl to stay
Ooo oh oh
Don't let go
Ooo oh oh

an incredibly cheery way to start a comeback album. i think this sets the pace for the green album really well, just in case anyone thought they might get another pinkerton. a lovely song about love. thats what i think anyways...
i love this song, it's my favorite on the green album because it just makes me happy! it just goes to show that rivers would treat any girl he loved like a goddess. It would be nice to be treated like a goddess for once...
Well, this is one of the most straightforward Weezer songs. One of the only straightforward Weezer songs! It's nice. A bit generic, yeah, but nice. "i luv i rivers," I don't know if Rivers would really be a good boyfriend. He seems like he'd be kinda control-freakish; look how he treats his bandmates! And I hope he treats his girlfriends better than his fans, but maybe he doesn't. Of course, this doesn't mean I wouldn't jump at the chance to go out with him...ah well, we're allowed to dream, right?
I think that this song is pretty good! It's one of my favorites off of the CD! Actually it is my favorite. I think that it is well sang and that it has good lyrics. Weezer is an alrite band with some pretty good songs and I think that this song is one of the all time good ones and a gotta listen to it one. I don't really like Weezer too much because their sound isn't quite my tpye. But for some strange reason this song is my favorite off of the CD! Like I said b4 I rather listen to some nice good emothional Emo and/or some nice Old Skool Punk. But besides those factors this song is pretty rad I guess you would say! O Well!:) ~aMbEr*
This songs was in the winter 2002 winter olympics
The best wezeer song to me
True the lyrics on Green are not as good as on the previous albums, but the tunes themselves are great, and this is one of the best. I wish people would stop expecting Pinkerton Pt. 2 and accept this album for what it is - a great power pop album with only one real bad song (Drag Down Knock Out)
hey, i like Knock Down Drag Out! anyways, i just like the chorus to this song, the rest is really generic.
I saw the AOL Sessions interview on Weezer and Rivers said he started playing a couple chords and started singing some words and somehow by the time he was finished he had this song. He said that for a lot of the songs on the Green Album this is what he did and when he looked back on it months after he wrote the songs they somehow made sense. I was hoping that he wrote this song on more of a personal level
Why the hell do I have this damn song on repeat?
It's so damn catchy, but yeah, it's about him being in love.
