Well, PullingTeethGD is right. The song is a TRUE story about a chick who slits her wrists in public just for kicks. However, I don't agree that it's "self explainatory." okay, i didn't know it was about suicide until i read this, but i still don't get the 23 seconds on the floor bit. it makes no sense to me. still gotta love the bloody mary picture on chris guitar!!

I'm pretty in an interview Chris did on the radio, he said that she did it in like, a public toilet or something.
