This song simply points out, the law has ultimate authority, sadly for those dying and in the now. Police can stop, search and detain on suspicion of 'holding' drugs. Guilty. What he wants to know, is already true. He aint on death row. Second solution. Slap on the wrist. Clap.

yeah pretty self explanitory this song is great one of the local bands here in havasu (crash caddilacs) cover it along with a few others of there songs there really good though my favorite good song good song
