She tries to justify this, but he can't see the justification in destroying himself for her)

When he questions it, she tries to convince him that this time it will be better [perhaps the drug experience or just the relationship] but he knows that she is as bad for him as any drug he's ever put in his system)

this such a rad song. I can listen to it so many freakin times and not get tired of it. The instrumentation is just marvelous as well.

I think it's about how anti-depressants control his life, and how "eveyrthing is justified" by them. "You get off by watching me bleed" is what the drug looks to prevent, probibly to stop cutting. It could also be about how these drugs are harmfull, I know friends who take pills for depression, but they wake up 4 at night walking around and rambling. Scary stuff, but a great, great song.
