this was the song that got me hooked on rm. the vocals are lovely.

the title is a fantastic book by kurt vonnegut. this song has..interesting..harmonies.

a lot of relationships hit rocky peaks, and at those peaks there usually lies a point where you just get angry and say, "is this it or what? are we going to work or not?" and you just wander if you should burn the fucking house down..

or something to that affect.

describes the morning after pretty well. irrational panic, followed by its supplication by tea.

I submitted a request to change the lyrics to include both singers, where they attempt to sing over one another. That the current lyrics don't include that is a great disservice to the song. What is more appropriate with a song about a rocky relationship than having both singers trying to drown out each other. Though, I think it more indicates their lives going off in different directions.
