When my father passed away when I was fifteen years old, his best friend brought me to his house and set a gallon jug of wine in front of me and played this song and said, "Just cry it out, kid". This songs took me through so many poignant moments in my life and I'm so glad it exists.
I loved Kimmortal's quote about this one being there in poignant moments and being glad it exists. Me too. Absolutely! Just after high school (1985), my parent's basement became the hangout for my friends and me. Some of us drank more than we should (try and tell an alcoholic they've had enough for the night when you are at THEIR house). I would practically demand silence and one night a friend went on a rant and said whoever can say that has never truly been in love? I'm a bit older now. Sober.
