Virgin State Of Mind Lyrics
Buffy Buffy Buffy Buffy Buffy Buffy!!!!!! This was the song they played in Buffy!!!! Sorry... I have, like, a Buffy obsession... hehe
such a beautiful song
FeyTH, I feel ya babe!!! I luv Buffy, especially Angel ("mmm.... Angel" lol) but this song's about being stuck inside your head and finally getting out, not having contact with people because your afraid, (read a book called "Speak" and youll see what i mean, but think "There's a chair in my head, on which I USED TO sit." But this song is also about breaking down mental barriers in your head "Can I burn the mazes I grow"
This song is about how someone was stuck inside their head, but then they managed to get out, and now they're realsing how everything has changed, but they're ready to start all over again...
Just a thought
love the line 'like do you think i'm sexy, do you think i really care?'
I kind of thought this song was about body image "Do you think I'm sexy? Do you think I really care"... I don't know, maybe that's just me relating to the song.
This song is definately about breaking out of a shell... also about not having any one to share the experience with... That moment when you're growing up, realizing that your world shouldn't be based on everyone elses opinion. Being able to be yourself and be comfortable with who you are. Virgin state of mind... that childhood innocence before you see the world isn't as perfect as you were made to believe.
Speak is an awesome book by the way...
This was the first K's choice song i heard, and, like most people, i heard it on Buffy. I loved it so much i tracked down the band and bought all their cd's i could find. i agree with 'k'schoicefan88' its about leaving a mental shell
Yep it was my first k's choice song too and i also heard it on the awesome buffy! A really beautiful song.
I heard it on Buffy too (Buffy, Buffy, Buffy, Buffyyyyyyyyy! FeyTH, you're not the only one here who's obsessed by B. ;-) ). I didn't know how to find out who that was or what the name of the song was, and now I stumbled over it on YouTube (it was in musicvideo of "Loving Annabelle").
