I think this song means that love is everywhere.

I don't feel the love, and I can't imagine where I got the idea that "Revival" suggests that love is everywhere. Maybe it's just in the air.

Nonetheless, I'll go out on a limb and argue that the song -- at least between the lines or as a subtext -- claims that love is everywhere.
