Here Come The Bastards Lyrics

Here they come
Here come the bastards

I heard it from a confident -
Who heard it form a confidant
They're definitely on their way
There's one with this idea
Something about a
hammer head shark
Nosehairs and flatus
Best keep your distance because

Here they come
here come the bastards

Bury your head deep in the sand
Anonyminity is a virtue
in this day and age
Amazing hand dexterity
Flagrant misuse of security
Better run, run, run, run, run
Run Run Run Run, here they come.

This song is about the band themselves, being told from someone else's point of view. Like "hey, here comes Primus, better look out!" I see it as kind of an entrance or walk on song, like something that would play as a set intro; a warning for what's about to come. Here they come!

it is not about president bush, it's annoying as hell when everybody thinks that any song that metions a corrupt ruler or sumthin of that sort is about president bush

This song is about politicians. It especially works right now during the Bush administration with "Flagrant misuse of security." The politicians are the bastards.

The Bastards are basically, everyone who played on the songs of the same name. Members of Primus and Limbomaniacs, plus Matt Winegar, Todd Huth, and Mike Bordin( Faith No More).

I agree with tapandslap. since this is the second song on their first major label album, its sort of letting the listener know that these guys (Primus) are a bunch of bastards that are going to change the way you listen to music. and the "flagrant misuse of security" is not about politians, its about how the band with not bother with being safe with their music.

or something like that
