What would I change what would i want to stay the same... Again, the bass player's singing contrasted against the guitarist's is just so friggin awesome. People change; you rarely see it in yourself, but you see it in everyone else all the time.

these lyrics are, i think, some of the most oddly profound ltj lyrics out there. why? because most people don't get them. most people don't or can't see how they've changed. they think either changing is the end of who they are, or they're dying to change and never change back. i love tht this song goes the extra step of saying even though you know you've changed, its ok not to overanalye it because things are what they are and it can drive you crazy to think about it all the time ( and i think my interpretation might be longer than the song... damn my long winded-ness)
