Lockdown Lyrics
Something's not right
Urban sprrawl, from urban blight
something's not right
when history turn into a building site
locked out, fenced up, closed down without a sound
Something's not right
when downtown is just all blinking lights
Something's not right
when strip malls and condos are at your every side
Urban sprrawl, from urban blight
something's not right
when history turn into a building site
locked out, fenced up, closed down without a sound
when downtown is just all blinking lights
Something's not right
when strip malls and condos are at your every side

how can no one have posted on this song yet? it's one of the best songs on losing streak. it's about places like where i live (the suburbs) where everyone is constantly moving and it's nothing is there besides chain stores and fast food restaurants. the suburbs suck
When I hear this song I think of any place where the old "historical" buildings are being torn down to make way for Wal Marts and Olive Garden's. One real life situation is Lavalette, NJ...a lot of the older "Jersey Shore" buildings are being torn down for condos and big houses. The surf shop I always used to go to is now a Doctor's Office.
