this is about a true story, that vinnie saw fold out, about two kids getting in a fight on the intersection of 9th and pine, (imagine that) and he couldnt decide wether to break up the fight or not
He saw the fight with Mike Park from Skankin' Pickle. They eventually stopped the fight.

They are reffering to the intersection of ninth and pine outside of the old club lollapalooza in Portland Oregon. Vinnie and Mike decided to stop the fight and then Vinnie wrote the song.
