i think its about julians family. i think "loves his job, takes it home" is talking about how his dad (the guy that runs a modeling agency or something) took his "job" home by marrying julian's mother, who was miss denmark... ?

In the lyrics I'm pretty he says " was an eye for an eye" ...in place of the Question marks. Not sure tho. Anyway this song kicks.
I always thought "was an early night" filled in over the question marks, because of the job & family references surrounding it.
