The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. Regrip means to reup on whatever drug you're looking for. "Send Matt Vargas to regrip" <br /> <br /> "I don't want no money dick" probably means someone is trying to pay him for drugs but he'd rather use them himself or share them.
