I love this song, because it reminds me of this guy I’m in love with, but i can’t say what I think because i dont’ have the guts. But, whenever I’m feeling down..I listen to this! I think it’s about just what it says it’s about. It’s about a guy or girl who wants to tell the person they like that they like them, but they’re scared. It’s a really good song, that everyone can relate to.
This might sound crazy, but i think its about him hating some bully... "those three words i cant say" might be I HATE YOU instead of I LOVE YOU, and "Don't have the guts to say what I think. I'm too scared to say what I think of you. " is also maybe saying that he cant tell the bully he dosent like him... but the line with "I know how much it means when people show they really care" ... contradicts what i think... HMMMMMMMMM oh fucking well...
actually, it makes some sense... perahps it's some old friend that has changed, and he doesn't have the guts to break this friendship... just read the lyrics thinking this way and it still makes sense...
i think its about someone he hates also... not necessarily a bully but maybe someone that likes him that he doesnt like, and doesnt have hte guts to say what he really thinks about them.
Yeah, it's definitely about standing up to someone and telling the truth. This song appears to be dealing with Nikola upset with the fact that he doesn't have the guts to say what's on his mind, all because he wants to avoid conflict (second verse).

It doesn't really matter if its about love or hate. It's about speaking up for your true opinion. I does remind me however of myself, like:

I got the exact same thing. There's this girl I really like, but I just couldn't tell her, and now my chance is wasted. She has another boyfriend, and I'll never make a chance now, for I'm now a regular friend. So for me the song means, don't ever let that happen again.
