well if u cant tell this is about the world being destroyed and all becoming iced over and a desolate plain of ice and one peron or being standing witnessing/taking part in the whole thing

you got wrong/missed out a couple of things, should be "nature will fall, death and destruction, mark them or fall" and "earth and fire, water and air"

Seems on the surface to be some sort of demon or spirit or creature or something claiming control of the earth after a nuclear war. But that seems just a little off.

The song is taken from Spawn but in concert they describe the song as a love story over someone who sold there sole to be with the one they loved.
