I think "car" is a metaphor. Shirley Manson didn't have a driver's license when this song was written. And seeing as many of her lyrics are either blatantly sexual or have an underlying sexual theme, I would say that's what this song is about. Just listen to the lyrics and the way it's sang - all seductive-like: "We can take it nice and slow, I'll be driving" - come on, totally sexual. Probably saying she'll be on top and in charge. "Leave the light on" - duh. Or maybe "car" isn't a metaphor, and she's just fantasizing about having a kinky screw in a car, and the "leave the light on" lyric is referring to the dome light.

God..people...and u cant even add a single comment on this one?Have u got not enough brains or something? Its as easy as one two three...well i think so/ She is posing herself as a witch..trying to convince her mate, that she's ok..so he can get in car with her/ "Just take the car..." She wants to get him in the car as soon as she can, so she could have sex with him..yea its disgusting alright. and maybe kill him on her way over...its a beautiful song
