interesting story about this song: of course they wanted to call it Nyquil Driver, but they could get sued for printing the name without permission and associating it with the band, so they called it AKA Driver instead. which makes me wonder...could Nyquil take action for the lyrics' being printed here?
lots of bands use brand names in their songs. i don't really know why it would be legally different for song titles, though...
