This single by Badflower is from the perspective of a little boy, who doesn’t feel safe being surrounded by gun owners at school and at home. It is about the irony behind gun ownership in the United States of America. People get guns to protect themselves at first only to use them for evil, pushing others to get guns to protect themselves from them, and the cycle repeats. The song references gun violence in the United States as well as an ineffective measure suggested by the American government to arm teachers in order to prevent mass shootings in school.
