Hellscape Lyrics

[Intro]
Hide me,
Etch the writings,
Lest the timing of the chiming that's left with the Broken One,
Lie inside me,
Sigh beside me,
Coincide,
And align these,
Poems,
Escape from the word's undone

[Verse I]
In the dark,
Beneath the sinner's mark,
I'm battered by the finds that lurk inside a beating heart,
Leave it all to genocide,
Can't have a silent breath,
But I dig the ancient ruins hidden,
Shattered in memoirs

[Verse II]
It's always dying,
As I extenuate these eyes,
I watch it burn away,
As its corners look inside my pride,
A normal day behind inside the martyr,
Away from reality's demise that had marred her,
Dazed by the glimpses of the demon that's inside the nightmare that never had marked her,
Yet here I am unscraped by the languid lachrymose that has once left me macabre

[Refrain]
Hide me,
Etch the writings,
Lest the timing of the chiming that's left with the Broken One,
Lie inside me,
Sigh beside me,
Coincide,
And align these,
Poems,
Escape from the word's undone

[Verse III]
I was born to confine,
But I'm running out of time,
While I writhe what I write in the rites aligned,
And all the broken signs had declined into sines that had shrines made of vines,
I'm left with a fate resigned

[Refrain]
Hide me,
Etch the writings,
Lest the timing of the chiming that's left with the Broken One,
Lie inside me,
Sigh beside me,
Coincide,
And align these,
Poems,
Escape from the word's undone

[Chorus]
I gaze with libertine inside me (hide me),
I try to hide but the silence leaves no reprieve (writings),
My mind feels like the numbing of glistening rain (chiming),
Always so addicted,
And while the hallways are filled with the shadow (hide me),
My thoughts fill as if they now had harrowed (writings),
And while sparrows that harrow the arrows (find me),
I am left without a trace,
Of trying to escape this hellscape

[Refrain]
Hide me,
Etch the writings,
Lest the timing of the chiming that's left with the Broken One,
Lie inside me,
Sigh beside me,
Coincide,
And align these,
Poems,
Escape from the word's undone

[Interlude]
And all the while I forsake all the things that has burned away from my world,
Yet it has cauterized the things that had once failed me,
Like kindle now the ashes - blackened - fall upon me,
"Remember this is just a dream," now I'm miming,
The dreams - they're now falling,
Criticizing me with the cruel,
Nightmare that has taken hold,
Behind my dark pupils,
And though they attempt to be my only pupils,
They know not that they're simply only pupals

[Bridge]
The bridge of the sane runs a fine line,
And though they come home,
I won't let them take my mind,
On my own sign,
With guise,
I devise,
A device that my mind made up of all the vices,
With these letters that write up a story,
Find my writings,
Without them,
The words,
They're not unholy,
They're just yet not that wholly,
But they're going where they're knowing,
As you start to realize that you had closely,
Realigned the letters that had solely burned inside me

[Refrain]
Hide me,
Etch the writings,
Lest the timing of the chiming that's left with the Broken One,
Lie inside me,
Sigh beside me,
Coincide,
And align these,
Poems,
Escape from the word's undone

[Verse VI]
Chained up with the memento,
I know it's not in me,
Is it what's left of the mori?
But without sleep,
What can control me,
Now that the dreams had seen this world that's been unseen?
What is a dream,
If the dream is the scheme,
That ruins the ruins below me and knows me?
I know I fell asleep,
Without the memory and closely,
Falling without me and finally takes me down

[Outro]
Finally waking up
