Black Jeep
Fast seat
Pulled it down exactly how you liked it just like last week
Got me cornered up like packy always please don't ask me
I know that you saw me in my mall that tell you drove right past me
Ugh
An later that's the point
I put in the work turns out the numbers man my put it
Now I know that I don't have a good reputation
Can't stop for a minute now
Girl wait a minute now

I'm burned out
I've been driving around your house for 6 hours
And I'm rolling off of something right now
I don't think I'm ever gonna come down
Come down
Yeah

I need the work you put my name in the dirt
Cocaine beserk
You make me feel like I'm nothing always running from ya but I'm soon in the High now
Yeah
An I don't think I'm ever gonna come down
Come down

If I see one more Black Jeep
I thinking imma going lose my shit
And I don't care about watching it
I'm blowing up in melody
Ugh ugh yeah
Cause I just won the lottery
But never know I'm out of it
I die right here die right here yeah
Baby if you want it just feel my breath yeah
I let you down it i let you round it
Girl
Since your real I doubt it
Girls who pay to party
Don't even get me started

I'm burned out
I've been driving around your house for 6 hours
And I'm rolling off of something right now
I don't think I'm ever gonna come down
Come down
Yeah

I need the work you put my name in the dirt
Cocaine beserk
You make me feel like I'm nothing always running from ya but im soon in the High now
Yeah
An I don't think I'm ever gonna come down
Come down

I don't think I'm sober
So bring it right here boy
Damage underneath your hood
Hope you get it fixed now
Yeah

I don't think I'm sober ( I don't think I'm sober)
Ohhohohhoh
Don't know this need a silhouette yeah

I'm burned out
I've been driving around your house for 6 hours
And I'm rolling off of something right now
I don't think I'm ever gonna come down
Come down
Hey

I need the work you put my name in the dirt
Cocaine beserk
You make me feel like I'm nothing always running from ya but I'm soon in the High now
Yeah
An I don't think I'm ever gonna come down
Come down

(oh yeah)

Fortnight
Taylor Swift
The song 'Fortnight' by Taylor Swift and Post Malone tells a story about strong feelings, complicated relationships, and secret wishes. It talks about love, betrayal, and wanting someone who doesn't feel the same. The word 'fortnight' shows short-lived happiness and guilty pleasures, leading to sadness. It shows how messy relationships can be and the results of hiding emotions. “I was supposed to be sent away / But they forgot to come and get me,” she kickstarts the song in the first verse with lines suggesting an admission to a hospital for people with mental illnesses. She goes in the verse admitting her lover is the reason why she is like this. In the chorus, she sings about their time in love and reflects on how he has now settled with someone else. “I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary / And I love you, it’s ruining my life,” on the second verse she details her struggles to forget about him and the negative effects of her failure. “Thought of callin’ ya, but you won’t pick up / ‘Nother fortnight lost in America,” Post Malone sings in the outro.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
