Sunday Love Lyrics

See her in blue eyes
Numb and shining
In the face of strangers
In the city lights

Grey is climbing
Cupid’s diving
And I know that she's come
To spend the night

I see her in every place I go
Sunday love is so cold
Even though I’m falling apart
I want Sunday love in my heart

See her in blue eyes
Still and shining
In lonely lovers
On bed sheets white
Grey shapes sliding
I've been pining
She is in my bedroom
Now I can't fight

I see her in every place I go
Sunday love is so cold
Even though I’m falling apart
I want Sunday love in my heart
I see her in every place I go
Sunday love is so cold
Even though I’m falling apart
I want Sunday love in my heart

I see her in every place I go
Sunday love is so cold
Even though I’m falling apart
I want Sunday love in my heart

At first I wasnt sure how this whole song fit in the story of The Bride, but I listened to an interview Natasha did with BBC 6 and when they asked her about the song and she said that the woman she "sees everywhere she goes" in the song is the sadness and numbness the bride felt after discovering her groom-to-be died on the wat to the church. In the song she gave the feelings a character of the woman who is stalking her in the honeymoon car. Really great stuff, I love this record!
