Although Chad says that it's about tripping on LSD, I found some other things it could be about. I think it's also about cheesing (thanks to the South Park episode "Major Boobage"), astronauts going into outer space, or race car drivers driving super fast.
Kenny and Gerald from the South Park episode feel this way when they sniffed or drank cat urine, and I think it's also about clairvoyants ("I can see the future burning bright, future burning bright").
The outer space metaphors are the reason I said that it's about astronauts going into outer space, and I noticed there's a Travis Tritt reference ("Ten feet tall and fucking bulletproof") which references Travis' album "Ten Feet Tall and Bulletproof", and a reference to Pink Floyd's album "Dark Side Of The Moon" ("Heading for the dark side of the moon"). It also touches on immortality ("Feels like we could never die").
The lines "Take one of those and two of these", "I like this everlasting pill", and "You and I are tripping balls" refer to Chad's LSD claim.
