Nic ,why the fuck had you to post your shitty comment 4 freaking times? as far as i understand the song speaks in general about someone digging his own grave .Due to his ego picking fights , he bit more than he could chew. he is going self destructive and doesnt give a fuck about it

This is a song written directly to Dave Lombardo. Slayer ex-drummer who quit the band via social media and said a bunch of stuff that the rest of the band feel were false. He did it while they were on a commercial flight to Australia so they couldn't respond to any of it for quite a few hours. Well played and yet now he's not in Slayer lol

This song has many meanings, but it prioritize mostly about how evil society has become. At first couple of lines you see it's someone who had been betrayed by false accusations. Someone enjoying the fruit of evil he had committed till one day all hell breaks lose. He is literally facing his alter ego. He is facing his own evil this day. Hence you against you. "Shitty time to make a stand, all without a master plan, just you" We all know how criminals have masterplans and how they play God, hiding under cyberscreen, hiding under scope, eyes of common people. Richest criminals are always getting it their way. They think they are some kind of badass but it is a false believe. When he has to face all those knucleheads all alone he is horrified. But who is he actually fighting? He is fighting against his crimes in one way or another if you believe in karma.. look at it this way.. why did I say this is about evil society? Look at all we do. No matter how much we admit or not(mankind is full of good hypocrites) we have all done wrong against others one point or not. We have cheated, mistreated, judged, done all kind of wrong. Some men and women go further seeking worldly pleasures, thinking they are some kind of God. They are free. They can do anything they want. But when all those evil haunts them back.. you know. Another thing, we beat up each other everyday. There is a constant fight going on within us thanks to our huge ego promoted by society. We are all fighting against ourselves. How do we even think about stopping war when all we love is war war war war. Basically war. They say men of war only realize the value of life when they get old.. beaten dogs. So basically, being a rude-ass self-absorbed persona ain't serving you or society. It is just promoting fights. More fights. And men must realize the real enemy when they wanna fight. Sometimes it's just our own selves. For a criminal, his own desires and inability to overcome hatred become his enemy. I cannot be 100% correct but that's what i can relate to.
