a song inspired by John (Jack) Dyer Keith Richards Gardener who, had a peculiar walk and woke Jagger one morning when he was sleeping on Richards setee when he walked by the window with a barrow. Jagger jumped up and said what the fuck was that" Richard replied its only Jack" Jagger- Jumping Jack" jumping Jack Flash" apparently the song then took about 20 minuets to write after previously they had sat up all night and got nothing
