My anaconda don't, my anaconda don't
My anaconda don't want none unless you got buns, hun

Boy toy named Troy used to live in Detroit
Big dope dealer money, he was gettin' some coins
Was in shootouts with the law, but he live in a palace
Bought me Alexander McQueen, he was keeping me stylish
Now that's real, real, real
Gun in my purse, bitch, I came dressed to kill
Who wanna go first? I had 'em pushing daffodils
I'm high as hell, I only took a half a pill
I'm on some dumb shit

By the way (hey), what he say? (Hey)
He can tell I ain't missing no meals (hey)
Come through and fuck him in my automobile (hey)
Let him eat it with his grills, he keep tellin' me to chill (hey)
He keep telling me it's real, that he love my sex appeal (hey)
He say don't like 'em boney, he want something he can grab (hey)
So I pulled up in the Jag', and I hit him with the jab like (hey)
Dun-d-d-dun-dun-d-d-dun-dun (hey, hey)

My anaconda don't, my anaconda don't
My anaconda don't want none unless you got buns, hun

Oh my gosh, look at her butt (damn, damn)
Oh my gosh, look at her butt (damn, damn)
Oh my gosh, look at her butt (damn, damn)
(Look at her butt) (damn)
Look at, look at, look at
Look, at her butt

This dude named Michael used to ride motorcycles
Dick bigger than a tower, I ain't talking about Eiffel's
Real country-ass nigga, let me play with his rifle
Pussy put his ass to sleep, now he calling me NyQuil
Now that bang, bang, bang
I let him hit it 'cause he slang Cocaine
He toss my salad like his name Romaine
And when we done, I make him buy me Balmain
I'm on some dumb shit

By the way, what he say? (Ooh, hey)
He can tell I ain't missing no meals (hey)
Come through and fuck him in my automobile (hey)
Let him eat it with his grills, he keep telling me to chill (hey)
He keep telling me it's real, that he love my sex appeal (hey)
He say he don't like 'em boney, he want something he can grab (hey)
So I pulled up in the Jag', Mayweather with the jab like (hey)
Dun-d-d-dun-dun-d-d-dun-dun (hey, hey)

My anaconda don't, my anaconda don't
My anaconda don't want none unless you got buns, hun

Oh my gosh, look at her butt (damn, damn)
Oh my gosh, look at her butt (damn, damn)
Oh my gosh, look at her butt (damn, damn)
(Look at her butt) (damn)
Look at, look at, look at
Look, at her butt

Little in the middle but she got much back
Little in the middle but she got much back
Little in the middle but she got much back

Look at her butt (damn, damn)
Oh my gosh (little in the middle but she got much back)
Look at her butt (damn, damn)
Oh my gosh (little in the middle but she got much back)
Look at her butt (damn, damn)

    My Interpretation

Its about woman who says she cares less for artificial skinny (bony) beauties! She says her men (anaconda) like women with natural bigs ass and tits (buns hun) She means to disrespect people who lead stereo type lives restricted by so called civil morals and church and dares to lead life of her choice whether with criminals, drug peddler or some horny guy. Looking at her body her men say they enjoy it and that she is natural and cool and not dieting (missing meals), curvy hot (don't like 'em boney) and they like something to grab when they look at a woman. In short she is taking a dig at white people and beauty standards laid by pageants and clubs. While she is encouraging all women to be natural and sexy. She is also telling that men are hot horny and mean. And that any many like a hot curvy women.

In short she is saying it is her body, her soul and her life! Screw you!

Critically speaking the song is doing two things:

    1. Celebrating feminism and natural looks
    2. Messing with racism, sexism, bigotry, crime and social standards

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
