This song is really misleading due to its "child-like overtone". However, when she's uses the term "dance", she's talking about the horizontal limbo. The chorus is referring to the feeling of orgasm and its natural high. You feel so good that you feel like you can touch the sky, if you will.

OK, why after a lyrics search online does it say that the song I want is called Starships (when the lyrics are different). I am exhausted from work so it may be me, but I don't think so. Ugh.
To me, it sounds like she's on a yacht, which a brand is called Starship. And she's getting wasted and partying and it feels like she's on top of the world, and a name like Starship for a boat seems like it would be a name for an aircraft. It might also have a sexual double meaning, these are just my thoughts.
