I can't tell whether this song is glorifying the recklessness and carefree nature of the teenagers, or if it's about the two of them dying in a car crash.

To me it comes across as a metaphor for 'young love'. They rush into love (the first two verses) and everything seems "perfect".
Moves onto sexual innuendo: "Initial G-feel Deeper in the redline, Screaming louder underneath"
And finishes with the euphoria of 'young love'. You feel invincible, everything is perfect and a single night can feel like an eternity when together.
