A Sally boy is a guy acting in a very feminine way. So I'm guessing that the Sally Boy candy bar is some kind of health bar designed for women. "Circle gets the square" is most likely a reference to the TV game show Hollywood Squares, where the circle is always a woman. Apparently, it annoys the singer that a woman (grilfriend?) is always getting her way.

In addition, "A fish needs a bike" is probably a reference to a Gloria Steinem quote: "A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bike."
