I believe that this is a positive mass song and the message is that a room without a roof will allow to see the blue sky or the stars and that's all anyone need to feel free and happy, (if it isn't cold and it isn't raining).
It's a rhythmic romantic song to feel happy with nothing, no matter how bad all the rest of this world could be, the song suggests happiness.

I swear this song is brainwashing music. The meaning is so general its just supposed to apply to everything and everyone.

I will say the background music is decent... but for the most part this song is just another factory made hit that has little artistic value.

This is the most god-awful annoying song I've ever heard. It's even worse than the majority of Rolling Stones songs. I'm subjected to this song about 3 times a day through the radio at work, and now when I hear it come on, I've taken to turning the volume all the way down. And that there, becomes a minute or two of peace. I look forward to the day that it's no longer played on the radio.
