I'm not sure, but I think this song is about a car. I looked up what "hexe" means, and it said it was a German car.. So maybe it's about a blue car? Just a guestimate. :P

Hexe significa bruja en alemán. Hexe means witch in German. Hexe bedeutet Hexe auf Deutsch.
