Q&A
Oh Me, Oh My Lyrics
Woe is me
I swear that we had it but everyone went and agreed
That we never had a thing (we never did)
Our dying words will be exaggerations
Of what we said and what we did
The ticking of the clock
Eventually, it stops
Oh me, oh my
Goodness gracious, what a life
Where everyone's running around like they don't have a clue
What they will do, now that it's through
And the ending is in sight
Oh my goodness, me oh my
It's late and time to say goodnight
Oh my goodness, me oh my
Our disease, though feasibly easily curable
I will agree that it's now something we overfeed (we overfeed)
The truth will be told, the lies will unfold
And anything anyone ever ignored will come back up to settle old scores
The writing's on the wall
It says eventually we fall
And even Romans know
That everything, (everything) everything (everything) goes
Oh me, oh my
Goodness gracious, what a life
Where everyone's running around like they don't have a clue
What they will do, now that it's through
And the ending is in sight
Oh my goodness, me oh my
It's late and time to say goodnight
Oh my goodness, me oh my
Oh me, oh my
Goodness gracious, what a life
Where everyone's running around like they don't have a clue
What they will do, now that it's through
And the ending is in sight
Oh my goodness, me oh my
It's late and time to say goodnight
Oh my goodness, me oh my

I think this one is just about existencelism (spelling?). The line "our disease" most likely refers to the human condition, and the rest is just saying that many people don't know how to handle the ending of their lives or even the progression there of because they spend much of it living as though they'll never die and putting things off until it's too late. Just my 2 cents though.
