Interlude: Moving On Lyrics

Let 'em have their time.
Sit back and let 'em shine.
let 'em rise and rise, cause one day they're gonna fall.
let 'em soak in the sun.
sit back and let 'em have their fun.
let 'em spill their guts, cause one day their gonna slip on 'em.

Well I could be angry, but you're not worth the fight.
and besides im movin' on.
i've counted to 10 and i'm feelin' all right.
and besides i'm movin' on.

Let 'em play their song.
Let 'em say what's right and wrong.
Let 'em do their thing, cause it'll never be you and me.
We got out own style.
We got a way of livin' life.
If they can't get down, well than we don't need them around.

Well I could be angry, but you're not worth the fight.
and besides im movin' on.
i've counted to 10 and now i'm feelin all right.
and besides i'm movin', yes i'm movin', besides i'm movin' on.

Anyone else think this could be about the Farro brothers?

My Opinion

This could be true 'cause the Farros, I believe, had a completely different style and idea from what Hayley had. So maybe this song is just to show the Farros that now they're gone, Paramore can finally move on to the style that Hayley wanted. Hence why Paramore now sounds so different from when I first heard 'em on All We Know Is Falling.

Just getting over people who have brought you down and leaving them to their own fate. "Let 'em spill their guts 'cause one day they're gonna slip on them." Just do what you think is right and let the people who let you down make their own mistakes. They're in the past now.

A short and catchy song, simply about ignoring all the negative and finding new ways to keep moving on, never looking back.

I agree with xxohitislove, this song seems like a thinly veiled potshot at the Farro brothers, especially since immediately after leaving, they went on the offensive and tried to "spill their guts" about how bad working with Hayley Williams was.
