I Heart Not

take this with a grain of salt because I literally just read this, but I think it’s about a man talking to a woman, letting her decide if they are lovers or enemies in a sadistic way- as if hes gonna do something really bad to her if she decides enemy.( AKA dont get on his bad side). Hes like pointing at a clock and going tick tick tick as he asks her repeatedly “Do you choose to love me? or love me not? You heart me? You heart me not? Decide quickly and wisely, don’t take too long. My blood runs for you, I could worship you. or I can ruin your life. Be afraid of me because I don’t know right from wrong and can and will hurt you. There’s no limit to how far I’ll go to hurt you and can dispose of your body so there’s no crime”

At the start of the song he talks about falling in love with her at first sight and then beginning to create an unhealthy obsession with her and stalking her. My theory is she might have rejected him and he got furiously angry at this so now he’s giving her the choice to love him or get murdered by him- while reminding her that she has no other option but to choose (she can’t run or hide) and he’s in complete control of her fate based on her decision at this current moment.
