It is very important and it motivates the listener to do great things, but does that concept push to your personal lifestyle and destiny? To me it doesn't feel that way...

I believe the song is straight-forward. The video shows two people (a scrawny guy beaten up by gang and a deaf ballerina that wants to make it big) dealing with their struggles. As the lead singer Danny O' Donoghue states, "We wanted to inspire people to stop trying to be famous for the sake of it." At the end of their trial and tribulation, they have conquered their goals (fighting in a boxing match and completing the ballerina audition) with pride.
I think this song is saying that you can accomplish almost anything if you believe you can.

golly, this song such as tell us about we can be everything that we want, even there will be so many obstacles ahead. do it for everyone, do it for your god your country but don't lose your real self. and when you can accomplish it all, it feels like standing in the hall of fame.
