Wrath of God Lyrics
Christen them with paraffin
Sterilize Samaritans
Contravene loyal ties
Migrate them
Via pesticide
They’ll strip you of your heritage

I believe this song is about colonization of native and indigenous peoples throughout the world. I also think the verses are being said from the voice of a colonizer.
The title of the song I think also reflects the reasoning behind the colonizer, possibly "spreading Christianity throughout the world in the name of God" it is a wrath of God however of those being oppressed by the colonizer. Wrath being: Colonization, rape, torture, occupation, genocide, slavery, stripping of heritage, etc...
Christen them with Paraffin: Talking about forced religious conversion which happened throughout history (even today) to indigenous peoples with Christianity.
Sterilization: Many indigenous and native peoples were/are sterilized against their will so they could not reproduce.
Migrate them to pesticide: Indigenous and native peoples are marginalized while colonizers occupy their land, take all of the natural resources, and enslave them.
