Honestly i think people take justin bieber for granted they think hes the 13 year old he was 4 years ago. This song is basically everything reaching your dreams and believing in your self and others believeing in you. You can believe in yourself and suceed but its ten times better when someone else believes in you to. It says that you can do things anything you want but you have to start it.
