It's about going on tour and leaving your family behind and missing them on tour. Living your dream but having to sacrifice your time with your loved ones to do what you love and do best. I also love the fact that you can relaate the lyrics to the same thing that militaries go through when they go to war, it shows us that, in life, we'll always have to make hard choices.
