I think this song is about the internal battle of good and evil. Just my interpretation.
In my opinion its talking about the people behind the scenes running our country and industries.. "save yourself from the lies that brought my father to his knees! Oh dont be so blind! Also.. i am the air in your lungs.. and the blood your veins.. i am the voices in your head.. thats the corprate media controlling everything you know today.. swimming in regret!! This (to me) points at the new world order that is very real and exists in our government.. just like every president promises to be our savior.. yet even Obama who dont get me wrong i wanna like the guy hes charasmatic a good speaker innocent smile.. but hes a FRAUD!
