I think crocodile_smile is on to something. I think it is about making honey too. 100 motherfuckers keep keep telling her to stop going after these beehives, because they're afraid she is going to get stung. But she does think they're a bunch of bitches and need to worry about themselves. She's been to Chicago, LA, New York, New Orleans, Delaware, New Jersey, Texas, etc. to find the best of the best honey.
She wants to get your friends, smoke, drink some honey flavored beer, and eat some honey on biscuits obviously. Honestly 2 Chainz sounds just as excited to go beekeeping too! Clever!!!!!! This song means a lot to me, because I love eatin and any song about making some food sweeter is fanatastic for me!!!!!!!

It used to mean you were in the trap house selling drugs (or using them) But in her case, it just means she's all that.

This is truly a deep song by a great, great artist. Clearly Ms. Minaj is paying homage to Shakespeare by alluring to his immortal line, "to beez or not to beez". The great tragedies the artist has been exposed to are evident, such as the great migration of 1997 to Hoboken ("Niggas move weight in the South but live in Hoboken"), or the overall decline in hearing capacity of today's youth due to loud club music which damages their cochlea: "Damn, damn what they say about me?" she asks, repeating twice. This is then reinforced in the lines, "Bitches ain't shit and they ain’t saying nothin’, A hundred mothafuckas can’t tell me nothin’", clearly indicating Ms. Minaj's has suffered severe hearing loss in the 100-2000 Hertz range.

Particularly disturbing are Minaj's fecal issues and her lack of control of her sphincter: "I don't know man, I'm shittin' on your whole life". This might be linked to her kidney issues (which may have been brought on by peer pressure, urging her to insert an unnamed object into them: "Okay now Nicki, Nicki, Nicki, put it in your kidney").
