I think this is pretty self explanatory. She wants some time to figure out her life without her partner. Wants to be on her own and see what that's like. The only part that is a little unclear is when she says "the hardest part is knowing i'm happy i’m on the whole again knowing i'm happy" because maybe she's happy alone without her partner and that's hard, or it's the hardest part because she's currently happy but has to leave anyways. Whatever the case is, this song is amazing. PoliÃ§a is amazing. period.

I think what she really mean is: she thought she was going to be happy, but she isn't.
