Believe it or not, I think the song is about a girl being a booty call. The guy has a girlfriend and he's calling the girl/Ke$ha for sex. And it looks like he has feelings for her but Ke$ha knows that she's a booty call and doesn't really want a relationship.

I get the impression that when a guy wants to blow off a girl this is what he would text to her. She turns it around. Like in "Kiss and Tell" when she uses the term "slut" to refer to a guy who brags about sex. To me what is so disconcerting here is her anger, but the song itself is just beautiful. This girl is a freaking genius.
