Sounds to me like a person trying to ignite a relationship.
The plan here is having second intentions, like a guy asking a girl to "hang out" with another type of thought in mind...
If he indeed has second intentions, it doesn't necessarily mean that his intention aren't honest.
If he doesn't have second intentions, will he be pushed to the friend-zone instead of a more fluid place where he can be friend and also something more at the same time?
