any idea on who wrote it, Belew or Fripp? or who she is? or if it is a metaphor for something, like Man's will, rather than a female individual? is she faith? (not religious, just throwing ideas around). is she a woman, one so inspiring that gave him back the power to believe? any thoughts?

I think that "She" is the belief of a higher being like a God depending on your faith.
