When I first heard of this song I thought it was possibly about some damn good top quality cocaine, but in the music video cut, it features scenes of guys smoking what appears to be cannabis, as marijuana is sometimes referred to as "blow" in the UK. But after reading the actual lyrics, it doesn't seem to be about drugs at all, that was just visual imagery puns, metaphors or double entendres.
